Thank you for your interest in booking our historical venue for your next event. Please take a moment to download and read our agreement before making your request. We recommend that you download the application below and have it filled out prior to meeting our site manager for approval. Please submit a our Rental Inquiry Form at the bottom of the page to tell us more about your event.

MAIN FEATURES

5000 Square Feet

A foyer, a large front room, the main hall, bathrooms, professional kitchen, and a stage. Balcony access may also be available.

Huge Main Hall

The main hall is over 3000 sq. ft., has a 200 person occupancy, and tables and chairs are available on-site.

Beer and Wine is OK!

We understand that some people would like to serve beer and wine, and we're ok with that. But please no hard alcohol or selling drinks.

Elevated Stage

The stage is elevated in a way so that everyone in the room will be able to see the show.

Tables and Chairs

We provide tables and chairs. 15 five foot round tables, 12 eight foot rectangle tables, and 8 six foot rectangle tables.

PA System

We have several mics, a PA, a podium and speakers if you need to be heard.

Monday - Friday

Hourly rates apply Monday morning through 4pm Friday

$120

Friday & Saturday

Hourly rates apply from 430pm Friday through Saturday night

$220

Sunday All Day

Clubhouse is occupied until 1:45pm. Available at 2pm

$160

We do offer special rates for South Pasadena entities, groups, school events, churches, clubs, and non-profits.
Note: We have a 3 hour minimum. Bookings over 5 hours get 1 hour free.
