Thank you for your interest in booking our historical venue for your next event. Please take a moment to download and read our agreement before making your request. We recommend that you download the application below and have it filled out prior to meeting our site manager for approval. Please submit a our Rental Inquiry Form at the bottom of the page to tell us more about your event.

ABOUT OUR VENUE

  • The South Pasadena Clubhouse is a beautifully preserved Craftsman-style event space available to the public. Whether you are planning a wedding, quinceañera, birthday celebration, corporate meeting, or memorial service, our flexible venue adapts to your vision.

  • Capacity: Up to 200 guests (180 for seated events)

  • Available Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., plus one additional hour for cleanup and quiet departure

  • Alcohol: Permitted in compliance with California law. Events with 75 or more guests require a licensed caterer with a Type 58 alcohol license and RBS-certified bartenders.

RENTAL RATES

All rental time includes setup and cleanup, not just the event itself. Plan for the time you need to arrange tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment, as well as clearing everything at the end.

Example: Setup from 1 to 2 p.m., party from 2 to 6 p.m., cleanup from 6 to 7 p.m. equals 6 hours of rental time.

  • Minimum Rental: 4 hours

  • Monday through Thursday: $265 per hour

  • Friday through Sunday and Holidays: $365 per hour

  • Cleaning Fee:

75 or more guests: $500
74 or fewer guests: $300

Prices are subject to change without notice prior to a reservation deposit.

INCLUDED AMENITIES

  • On-site facility coordinator present for the duration of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Performance stage available for presentations, live music, ceremonies, and more

  • Podium for speakers, toasts, and presentations

  • Drop-down projector screen for slideshows, videos, and visual displays

  • Kitchen access for your caterer to prepare and serve -- we welcome any licensed caterer of your choice

  • Tables and chairs including 5' round tables and 8' x 2.5' rectangular tables, with full setup and breakdown handled by our facility crew - linens not included

  • Flexible room configurations to accommodate a wide range of event styles, from corporate meetings and receptions to celebrations and ceremonies

RESERVE YOUR DATE

To secure your booking, please provide:

A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee

Certificate of Insurance for the event and all vendors

Security deposit (by check or credit card authorization):

  • $1,500 for events with 75 or fewer guests

  • $2,500 for events with 76 or more guests
