Yoga - Special 2-hour Solstice Yoga Ceremony

Summer Solstice is a time of connection and celebration!

During this special event, we immerse ourselves in ceremony and honor nature's cycles of growth and renewal. You can look forward to:

Feminine Flow Yoga: Experience a harmonious flow of yoga sequences that embrace your strength, grace, and intuition, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner self. All levels welcome, we have chairs for those who need extra support.

• Sacred Ceremony: Join us as we partake in a sacred ceremony, creating a space for spiritual growth, inner balance, and the celebration of feminine energy.
• Special Gift: RSVP before June 14th to receive a special solstice gift, curated to enhance your spiritual journey.

What to bring

• Yoga Mat: Bring your own mat to practice on during the event.
• 2 Blocks: These props will assist you in achieving proper alignment and support during certain yoga poses.
• Blanket: A cozy blanket will provide warmth and comfort during relaxation and meditation sessions.
• Firm Pillow or Bolster: Use this prop to support your body during restorative postures and relaxation.
• Cozy Socks: Feel free to bring a pair of cozy socks to keep your feet warm and comfortable during savasana and meditation.
• Water Bottle: Hydration is essential, so please bring a water bottle to stay refreshed throughout the event.
